How may a siege work?
The siege will play an important role in Lineage II as well. However the siege in Lineage II will be done in 3D, so more things like air battles, breaking down ramparts and sniping will be possible. Utilizing 3D technology means a more strategic approach to castle sieges, including using large scale weaponry or even catapulting over the castle rampart. Many activities that are possibly only in 3D environments – aerial warfare, summoning of siege weapons, assassination from atop a watchtower, etc. – are being explored as additions.
