How many years of training period is there for Sportspersons before appointment in Grade?
Ans: The players are placed on a 3-year tenure basis extendable for 1 year. They may be appointed either as staff in Grade III to VI Marketing Division or and Grade IV to VIII in other divisions Grade ‘A’ officers in All Division subject to their performance level and qualifications. Recruitment of sportspersons shall form part of the total planned recruitment for the organization.
