Then 4 years of medical school. Then 3 – 8 years of residency depending on what area of medicine you want to practice in. Then you make the big bucks. Good luck – residency is brutal • After 4 years of high school, there are 7 more years to go to become a resident. 4 – college 3 – med school 1 – resident then medical boards.
