Food in Bloom has been in business for nearly 30 years, and is still owned & operated by the original owners, Jim & Kristin Harris • Does Food in Bloom make wedding cakes? Though we make all of our desserts in-house, wedding cakes are something we leave up to the pros. We have a list of bakers who we have worked with and would be happy to recommend. We will cut and serve your cake at no additional cost. • What do I need to do in order to hold the date? A signed contract and $500 deposit will hold the date on our calendar. An additional deposit of 75% is due 10 days prior to the event. • When will I need to give Food in Bloom the final guest count? The final count will be due 5 days prior to the event. • Who will be on site the day of my event? Your event planner will be on site, as well as a lead server who will be in charge of all staff. • Can we taste the food that we have selected for our menu? Certainly.
