How many women’s wrestling college team are there?
Varsity sports that are considered divisions, maybe 13. There’s more in Canada, and we’ll be traveling to Canada, that’s what they said. Q: Are you on a local wrestling club? A: Kind of. I do all my offseason with coach Lou Lombardo from East Irondequoit. He’s the East Irondequoit varsity head coach. He trains me for freestyle wrestling, which is the international style. He helps me with weightlifting and conditioning in the offseason. All summer I was lifting and running and wrestling and going everywhere. The coaches here, during the season, help me a ton. They give me a lot of support, even in the offseason. Coach Salvaggio, coach (Chad) Costanza, and coach Lou Lombardo are the coaches who help me the most. Kusse plans on majoring in science in college, but is undecided as to what specific field she will pursue. Q: Any further plans after college with the wrestling?
