How many women are there in President George Bushs cabinet?
The presidential cabinet includes the secretaries of agriculture, commerce, defense, education, energy, health and human services, housing and urban development, interior, labor, state, transportation, treasury, veterans affairs and attorney general. Under Bush, cabinet-level rank also has been accorded to the head of the Environmental Protection Agency; the Office of Management and Budget; the National Drug Control Policy and the U.S. Trade Representative. Included in the Bush cabinet are four women: Secretary of Agriculture Ann Veneman, Secretary of Interior Gale Norton, EPA Administrator Christine Todd Whitman and Secretary of Labor Elaine Chao.
