You can keep quite a few White clouds in a small tank as long as it is well filtered and you keep up the water changes. But I suggest you get about 6 (so it’s likely you will have pair). Put plenty of weed in tank and they will breed. You will probably end up with 20 or 30 in there and have to give some away. You can keep them with other small tropical fish if you use a heater. Guppies, cory cats, danios will all be fine at cooler tropical temps (around 22C) and thats fine for WCMM too. WCMM can live and breed with no heater and can handle water temps down to about 5C for short times. You can keep them outside as long as their container doesn’t ice up. In an aquarium no heater is needed, although they are fine at cooler tropical temps.
