256 voices. Other virtual pianos usually handle 64-160 voices. Polyphony depends partially on CPU power. The more frequent use of the sustain pedal with vivid passages, the higher polyphony will be consumed. Vivid piano works of this kind consume normally less than 150 voices. The most extreme real life example of a piano work (Grieg’s Piano Concerto) reached a peak in our test studio at 226 voices.
