How many vehicles are permitted at the home? Am I allowed to park a motor home?

0

A. A maximum of 4 vehicles are allowed at any rental home in the Central-Florida area. Under the law, trailers (such as boat and moving trailers) are considered to be vehicles. Overnight-street parking is subject to a $75 fine for each vehicle by the Osceola County Sheriff. Individual neighborhoods may have other restrictions. Motor homes are not permitted in our neighborhood. They are subject to a minimum $ 150 fine by the sheriff. If you are traveling with a motor home please consult with us first. We do maintain a list of local campgrounds where you may be able to park your motor home.
