How many used Lexmark cartridges do I need to return to get a promo code?
You need to return 5—here’s how it works: • Sign up to join Lexmark Rewards. • Sign in to the site to request personalized, postage-paid return envelopes. Your postage-paid return envelopes will be sent within 10 business days of your request. • To return a used cartridge, place it in one of the personalized Lexmark Rewards envelopes provided and drop it in the mail (only one cartridge per envelope). When Lexmark receives the cartridge, you will receive an email confirming your account has been updated. You can also sign in to the Lexmark Rewards site to see your status at any time. • Once we have received 5 eligible returns within 12 months, we will send an email to the address you specified when you signed up. This email will have a promo code for a free cartridge and a special link to Lexmark.com that you must use when you redeem the promo code.
