How many types of pesticides does nestle use with it shredded wheat?
Nestle probably buys wheat from local farmers who may or may not use pesticides. I would see if you can figure out what pesticides are used for wheat, and then go from there. It is highly individualized what pesticide is sprayed on the crops. There is a tendency these days to spray only if needed, rather than automatically spraying whether or not there is a problem. So if Nestle buys wheat (and this isn’t even counting any sugar or other products) from 1,000 farmers, there are a lot of different pesticide combinations that could be used. As far as bioaccumulation, if you can’t find the nestle info, I would stick with an animal product. You’ll find more information about that, especially fish and mercury… Good luck!
