The Tru-Trac® needs to be installed at areas where misalignment occurs. The Tru-Trac’s effective tracking distance is approximately 50 metres (160 feet), therefore the Tru-Trac® is installed approximately every 50 to 60 meters (160 to 200 feet) per length of conveyor belt, unlike standard idlers/rollers that are installed every 3 to 6 meters (10 to 20 feet).
