How many transferred Mileage Plus miles may an individual receive?
A member may receive a maximum of 15,000 transferred miles from any other Mileage Plus account or accounts per calendar year. Miles can only be transferred in increments of 1,000 with a minimum of 5,000 miles per account. The 15,000-mile maximum does not affect the number of purchased Buy/Gift miles that an individual may receive in his/her Mileage Plus account per calendar year.
