How many trainees stay after qualification?
Inevitably some trainees do leave Malcolm Hollis. However, we never want people to leave due to a lack of opportunity. Those that have left generally have other reasons to leave the firm such as emigrating abroad or moving client side. The fact that the working environment is so friendly and relaxed and that the work is varied and challenging, coupled with excellent opportunities to progress mean that staff retention is very good.
