Hi Martin: Too many too count. You would have to be more specific in terms of type of house, price cap, number of beds/baths, special features, etc. in order to narrow it down, i.e, in the $400-$900K range, there are nearly 500 active listings for single family homes. Don’t even get me started on townhouses and condos. Seriously, Naperville is out of control, and there is an astonishing amount of inventory at $400K and above, both active and closed in the past year alone.
