How many times per week do I need to workout?
It depends on your goals. If you are relatively lean and only want to “tighten” up and build a bit more muscle; twice a week is perfect. If, on the other hand, you need to lose 10 lbs or more AND tighten up; something closer to five workouts per week is more appropriate. Again, the total number of workouts per week is dependent on how much fat you need to lose and how quickly. This is one of the topics we will discuss during our initial training session.
