There is no preset minimum number of sessions per week. It will be up to you to calculate a reasonable rate of progress then stick with it. If you are trying to complete 3 credits of Japanese 101.51 in a quarter, for instance, you can look at your assignment list to find that you will need to complete 19 sessions by the end of the 10 week quarter. If you want to spread out your sessions evenly, you’ll want to schedule about 2 sessions per week. If you are trying to complete 5 credits of 103.51 in one quarter, however, a glance at the assignment list will show that you have to complete a whopping 38 sessions by the end of the quarter. In order to get everything done in the latter scenario, a student will need to schedule approximately 4 sessions per week.
