How many times is Fax Service attempted?
If the first attempt is not successful, ProDoc eFile Fax Service will make one additional attempt to resend the fax when the first attempt fails for reasons such as no answer, no dial tone, receiver hang up, transmission error, etc. If it receives a busy signal, it will make additional attempts 5, 10, 25, and 65 minutes after the first attempt. When the fax fails after the final attempt, our system sends a failure-notice-email to the email address of the attorney of record for the eService.
