Hugh Hefner has been married 3 times as of March 2013. (you never know….). He was married for the third time this past December 31, 2012. He announced the marriage on twitter that day with "Crystal & I married on New Year’s Eve in the Mansion with Keith as my Best Man. Love that girl!"

Keith is Keith Hefner (Hugh Hefner’s brother who was 83 at the time. Hugh is only 86 and Crystal was 26. No comment.)

This 3rd marriage has been in the works for awhile. Initially there was plans for a June 2011 wedding but then there was about an 18 month delay. This wedding was supposedly much more intimate with a smaller group of friends than the original wedding planned for June 2011 that was canceled by ex-Playmate Crystal at the time.
