The same Stripping Cap and screw plugs can be used for all 25 stripping reactions provided in the Kit. Wash the Stripping Cap and plugs between uses (with ethanol) and change the gaskets (O-rings). The disposable gaskets supplied with the kit are intended for single-use only. Re-use of gaskets may cause leakage of the Stripping Solution from the Stripping Cap. Dispose of the used gasket upon completion of this protocol.
