How many times can I change REGION CODES? What happens after the number of times is exceeded?

You are allowed to make change of your DVD REGIONS five (5) times (including the setup choice). To be compliant with DVD Rules, you will be clearly informed about how many changes have been made and how many more times you are still allowed to change. When the number of allowed changes is reached you can no longer change it and will remain at that last region setting.
