How many times can a trainee resit a course?
Trainees can continue to return to a course as long as its status is Active. A trainee’ statistics are only updated up to the point when he/she formally ‘completes’ the course. At this point their statistics are frozen and included in the average course statistics shown to the Administrator in the Course Admin screen. When entering a topic with questions that they have already answered, trainees will be asked if they wish to leave their previous answers (and see the corresponding feedback), or erase them and so retake the quiz. There is no function to ‘reassign’ a trainee to a course.
