There is no limit to how many times an individual can be selected for the annual CE audit. If a nurse renews his/her nursing licensure they are eligible to be selected. The nursing continuing educational requirement is an annual requirement that all nurses must meet before renewing their Louisiana RN (or APRN) licensure online and proof of the CEs must be maintained by the nurse for five years. The CE audit is simply a way to provide proof that these requirements had been met.
