How many times and at which level can we get promoted? I’ve reached level 70 and have prepared the required item, but I can’t get promoted in the Job Center, why?

You can get promoted 5 times at level 15, level 40, level 70, level 100 and level 110, respectively. If you can’t get promoted after you get reborn and reach level 70, you may not meet the attribute requirements for promotion. Please re-allot your attribute points with a DB at Celestial Tao in Market (291,200).
