Beginners
2-3 Times per Week:** Starting with 2-3 sessions per week allows for adequate recovery while building a foundation of strength and endurance. This often includes a mix of cardio and strength training.

Intermediate
3-4 Times per Week: At this stage, individuals might focus more on specific goals, such as increasing muscle mass or improving cardiovascular fitness. A balanced routine could include more targeted strength training, cardio sessions, and perhaps some flexibility work.

Advanced
4-6 Times per Week:** Advanced fitness enthusiasts might train more frequently, often splitting workouts into different muscle groups or focusing on different types of training (e.g., strength, hypertrophy, endurance, flexibility). Recovery days and rest are still crucial to avoid overtraining.

General Recommendations:
-Strength Training: 2-4 times per week, depending on whether you’re doing full-body workouts or split routines.
-Cardiovascular Exercise 3-5 times per week, depending on your fitness goals and preferences.
-Flexibility and Mobility Work 1-3 times per week, either as part of your warm-up/cool-down or as dedicated sessions.

Rest and Recovery
– Rest Days: It’s important to include rest days to allow your body to recover and prevent injuries. This could mean full rest or lighter activities like walking or yoga.

Individual Preferences:
-listen to Your Body Adjust the frequency based on how you feel and your personal schedule. Some people might find they recover better with fewer sessions, while others thrive on more frequent workouts.

I actually can’t imagine my life without sport, it brings me energy and I am feeling really relaxed after it. Recently I started to do yoga, it is a not only fashionable but a good way to support your general condition. I also decided to purchase a special pants at https://yoga-eco-clothing.com/ that wick moisture from the body and promote airflow, which is really important to prevent overheating.

The minimum number of visits per week is 3 times. But in general, it all depends on circumstances. I CAN DO WORKOUT EVERY DAY when I have the mood, time, and desire. Or in preparation for some competition. But in general, I am physically active every day. Now I’ve followed EMOM workout strength emom which contains of 4 sessions per week

I can’t imagine my life without sports. for me it’s more than a hobby. it helps me to keep my body fit and muscular. I go to the gym more than 4 times a week. Also, I started taking  steroidusa last month and was pleasantly surprised at their effectiveness. my muscles began to increase and my body became more prominent. I have not noticed such an effect before and it pleases me. I don’t want to stop and hope to look like a bodybuilder in the near future

Experts recommend exercising at least three times a week to maintain good health. Many people choose to workout more than the minimum recommended number of days, but busy people should not feel guilty for exercising only three days a week
