The standard treatment is one (1) treatment of 20 minutes per day. In case of severe constipation, the device may be used twice per day. As soon as the constipation eases, the treatment time should be reduced to 10-15 minutes by using the built-in timer. Under no circumstances should Free-Lax be used for more than 60 minutes per day in total.
