How many tiers of membership are there?
There are three membership tiers: Classic, Gold and Diamond. Members will be able to earn loyalty points for every qualifying hotel stay, and redeem these for a range of rewards from dining e-Vouchers, to complimentary stays and more. Our Classic membership qualification period is 12 months from the date of enrolment. Membership will be renewed for another year upon a minimum of one qualifying stay during this period. Membership is open to all guests. Members who achieve four or more qualifying stays in their Classic membership year will enjoy an upgrade to Gold status. Gold members enjoy a host of premium privileges, including complimentary room upgrades, fast-track check-in, and broadband benefits at participating hotels. Valid for two years from the date of qualification, members will need to achieve four or more qualifying stays during the membership period to renew your Gold status.
