Safe Place Services in 2007 served a total of 1,742 youths through a continuum of care that supports at-risk youths in a variety of programs. Right here in Louisville, 738 youth walked into a community Safe Place location seeking help and another 367 were counseled by phone last year. What type of help does Safe Place Services offer? Our areas of service include: crisis intervention, family mediation, outreach, prevention, and youth development. We not only offer help to teens, but their families and loved ones as well.
