How many teens become pregnant?
The reason I believe so many teens become pregnant is because parents listen to the anti-sex stance of the church and the federal and state laws. Parents are affraid to teach their children about sex or turn a blind eye or deaf ear to the fact their teens are sexual beings. Sex ed classes in schools at best are a joke at worst in almost total denighal depending on the state. Churches with their foolish “Abstinate pledges” have been shown not only to not work but also raise the STD rates among those teens. Parents get real with your children, teach them about sex. Teach them proper protection methods. Up until the 20th century children in most homes heard and saw sexual relations between various members of the family. Go back in history and you will find families and even the amimals often lived in the same room. There was no privacy. These were all of our ancesters! It is not accepted today good or bad but these are a very few of the facts.
