How many teenagers on average get another tattoo based on peer pressure?
I am very against teenagers being tattooed. In the state of Ohio, legally we can tattoo minors with parental consent, but the majority of artists in the state have taken an unofficial oath not to tattoo children. So many times, a young person says they are mature, and they know the consequences of being tattoo as a teen, but they don’t. Teenagers haven’t lived life, and don’t know what to expect. I know some kids who have lived hard lives, kids who have experienced more before 16 than I will ever experience, and I think even they are too naivete to be tattooed. I am in the minority, I think the legal age to be tattooed should be raised to 21. I am an artist and own my own shop, and I need clients to come in and be tattooed to stay afloat. But, I want mature people, who can make an informed decision, because the last thing I want is someone to be tattooed in my shop, and regret it later in life. get more here
