How many technicians are available?
There is a dedicated DFRC team of Help Desk analysts at the IntelliCenter. Should the team be completely busy assisting callers, the call to the IntelliCenter will be routed to another team of support analysts from another NASA Center, ready and able to answer your question. Our goal is to answer your call in a timely fashion. ODIN currently has several teams of technicians onsite at Dryden to assist when the problem extends beyond our remote support capabilities. These teams are: Client Services, Desktop Support, Communication Services, Network Services and Engineering, Cable Plant, Asset Management and Logistics.
