How many teachers can sign up for Musical Explorers on one registration form?

Only one teacher should be listed on each Musical Explorers registration form. If your school has multiple participating teachers (those attending the Professional Development Workshops and implementing the program), please have each teacher sign up on a separate registration form and send all registrations in together.
