Twenty-five submissions have been filed under the Agreement. Sixteen were filed with the U.S. NAO of which fourteen involved allegations against Mexico and two against Canada. Six were filed with the Mexican NAO and involved allegations against the U.S. Three submissions have been filed in Canada, one raising allegations against Mexico and two raising allegations against the U.S.
