The goal of student financial assistance at WMU is to provide the financial assistance necessary to make it possible for every student who enrolls to complete degree requirements and graduate.Need-based aid is awarded in the form of a combination of both gift aid and self-help.Last year more than 70 percent to fall undergraduate students received one or more forms of financial assistance totaling more than $160 million.
