Typically any where from 2-5 students can live in an apartment based on the regulations of the land lord and the Chicago leasing laws. DO NOT overstay in an apartment to reduce cost. The land lord has the right to make you leave after proper notice if this happens. Students in the past have suffered and hence plan accordingly.
