How many stax logs may I burn at once?
Always start your stax fire using exactly two logs (never 1 or 3), propped one on top of the other as you might set up a real wood fire in an X configuration. After about 2 hours when the flames have diminished, if you wish to prolong your fire, you may add another log (ONLY ONE). Additional logs may be added to extend the fire even longer, but never add more than ONE log per hour. Just three stax logs are enough for one evenings fire (about 3 3.5 hours). Stax logs arent intended to be used as a single log fire. Theyre specifically formulated to burn with two logs as instructed.
