How many states will be chosen for Cohort 2 and when does it begin?

We will choose 6 states for Cohort 2. We will notify states in November and schedule 3-day trainings by January 2008. These trainings will be scheduled between March and May 2008. Participation in this 3-day training marks the beginning of the project for each state.
