How many star wars books are there?
Well over 100 books that bridge the time period from 1020 years before the events of ep IV to about 45 years after the events of ep IV. If you add in all the Dark Horse comics series about Star Wars, and before you say comics … gag me … just let me say that if you have never read a Dark Horse comic before give one a try … they are very, very well put together and are actually written by novel writers and inked by the best of the best … then you have stories in a time period from 5000 years before the events of ep IV to 130 years after the events of ep IV.
