There were 34 staff members in two separate suites involved in the delivery of the sextuplets at Akron General Medical Center. These included 12 registered nurses (two per baby), plus two RNs attending to the mother Jennifer Hanselman and at least four circulating RNs; six respiratory therapists; three nurse practitioners; six neonatologists; one perinatologist; one resident; one anesthesiologist; and two X-ray technicians.
