How many staff meetings are mandatory?
All staff meetings are part of a teacher’s professional responsibility. The Principal calls one staff meeting per month at a pre-set date and time. If an emergency meeting is called and a teacher unilaterally chooses not to attend, said teacher can be called in for insubordination. All teachers should speak to their Principal first, if they cannot attend one of these meetings.
