There are currently 140 staff employed by the Botanic Gardens and Parks Authority, including permanent, part-time, casual and contract staff. Many postgraduate students also work in the Science Directorate. The Botanic Gardens and Parks Authority manages Kings Park and Botanic Garden and Bold Park.
