(as viewed from 1910) The following is my translation of an article called: ‘Wieviel Tierarten gibt es auf der Erde?’. The author’s name isn’t given, but it first appeared in a German popular science magazine, Kosmos Handweiser für Naturfreunde 1910, Heft 4, Seite 152. I’m not aware of any previous translation.
