How many songs are there on a DVD slideshow video?
To a great degree, the number of songs on your video is tied to the number of images/photos on your video. For example, if you use a lot of images/photos and few songs, say, 60 images/photos and one song, the viewing time of your images/photos will be shorter than if you used 60 images/photos and two songs (and visa versa). Therefore, if you want to lengthen the viewing time (duration) of each image/photo, increase the number of songs (or you can use less images/photos). A good rule of thumb is, one song per 30 images/photos (two songs per 60 images/photos, three songs per 90 images/photos, etc.). Using this rule of thumb, each image/photo will be viewed for approximately 8-12 seconds. We suggest staying in the 8-12 second range for viewing images/photos. Any less time and the image/photo goes by very quickly. Any more time and the image/photo seems to go by very slowly.
