Sorry, haven’t browsed thru it, but thought you might find it of interest. I guess it also depends on whether you’re talking about total or just those on one side or the other. CNN reported in 2000 that the PEntagon had revised the number of US soldier deaths from 54,246 to 36,940. They blame it on clerical errors, according to Time Magainze, which may have done the original story upon which CNN was commenting. The 20,617 difference did include deaths during that time, but to nonbattlefield deaths. Only 3,275 of those deaths even occured in Korea, apparantly.
