GMA offers three common sizes to meet the needs of nearly every blast-cleaning situation. The 30/60 material is the most popular garnet blasting media on the world market. It is ideal for preparation of new steel and for removal of all but the thickest coatings in the maintenance service. GMA #80 is ideal for preparation of stainless steel or aluminum and for very rapid preparation of new steel when a shallow anchor pattern is sought. GMA #100 is designed to leave a satin finish on metals or glass.
