How many sitters (staff) will be at the event?
The maximum ratio is one adult to five children. We request a filled out form from you 3-4 weeks prior to the event date, stating the names, ages, and genders of the children attending. Once we have reviewed the ages we will adjust the ratio depending on the children’s ages. Ex: If there are 5 children between 2-4 in age and 5 children between 8-10 in age we will have 2 sitters specifically assigned to the children ages 2-4 as they require more supervision and interaction, and 1 sitter for the children ages 8-10 as they only require minimal instruction and supervision.
