How many similar associates would be there in similar geographic area ?
· Depends how many companies are there, what services they are offering and how deep they are involved. · A team of 3/5 people can’t handle clients in excess 4 / 6 with deeper involvement. More clients would mean shorter assignments and lesser revenue. But not ever client will be suitable for deeper relation. So expect 5 to 15 clients per team as an ideal target.
