How many signatures are required for nomination for School Trustee?
Nomination Papers filed by prospective School Trustee Candidates must have a minimum of 25 signatures of voters whose names appear on the Voters List for the School Division. As eligibility is subject to verification with the Voters List, it is suggested that candidates obtain additional names to ensure that the minimum requirement of voters is met. School Trustee Candidates should contact the Election Office to make arrangements to attend, in person, to confirm that the names of voters signing their Nomination Papers are on the Voters List.
