How many shows can NJSA members participate in?
The NJSA holds its premier event, the National Junior Summer Spectacular, in conjunction with the Summer Type Conference each year. This show is held in Louisville, Ky., at the Kentucky Fair and Expo Center. In the fall, juniors can attend the Southwest Regional in Wichita Falls, Texas, and the Eastern Regional in Harrisburg, Pa. In the spring, travel out west for the Western Regional in Turlock, Calif. Youth can also attend the World Pork Expo Junior National in Des Moines, Iowa; the NJSA Barrow Classic in Austin, Minn.; the American Royal in Kansas City, Mo.; and the North American International Livestock Exposition Market Hog Show in Louisville, Ky.
