The basic answer is about 50 to 60 good shots from one set of Powerlets. But this is a tough question as it depends on temperature, caliber, the performance of the gun itself (QB78s with lower muzzle velocity typically give a few more shots before running out of gas than ones with higher muzzle velocity) and the weight of the pellets.
